How Delivery Works

Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it.All orders are processed within a few hours and dispatched as soon asthey are ready.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with yourtracking number. If your tracking number shows "no information yet,"please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update.

Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after yourorder has been dispatched.

Custom-designed pieces require additional preparation beforeshipping

Design time: up to 3 business days

Production time: up to 15 business daysShipping times begin after production is completed.

High-Volume Notice

Custom Order Fulfillment Timeline

All products sold on our website are made to order and customizedspecifically for each customer. Due to high demand and limited dailyproduction capacity, fulfillment times are significantly longer thanstandard ecommerce shipping.

Estimated Fulfillment Time

Current estimated fulfillment time for custom orders is up to 6 monthsfrom the date of purchase.

This timeframe refers to production and preparation, not shippingtransit time.

Fulfillment times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may becompleted sooner or later depending on production volume,complexity, and supplier availability.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from theshipping date, please contact us so we can open an investigation withthe carrier and assist you immediately. 30 days or more are expectedfor custom orders since the High-Volume Notice has been put out ❤
