We offer a 30 day return window starting from the day your order isdelivered. To begin a return, please reach out to us through our livechat and speak directly to a live agent. Don't mailat kidzfuntoys@163.com this mail is only for automated replies.Your email will be ignored
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition it arrived
- Unused and unassembled
- In its original packaging, including all pieces and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without their original box or showing signs of use maynot qualify for a refund. Our inspection team reserves the right todecline returns that do not meet these conditions.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. You areresponsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged,defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve theissue quickly. We will request photos or video to assess the situationand arrange a replacement if needed.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom designed products
- Personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Custom orders are made uniquely for each customer, so they are noteligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest method is to completethe return following the steps above and place a new order once yourreturn is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify youof the approval or rejection of your refund.
In cases where a return is not possible, you may provide video proofshowing the issue with the product to our livechat. If approved, we willissue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additionaltime to complete the refund posting process.
